<p><span style="font-size:14px">Accepted Ph.D. candates who applied for the selection with a Master's degree non (yet) obtained are required to fill in this form.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px">After filling this form, please follow the steps below:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px">Print out the PDF file, sign it and upload it in the proper section of your esse3 web account by 08th November 2023 (midnight Italian time).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px">Admitted candidates MUST graduate no later than October 31st, 2023.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px">Accepted applicants already in possession of a UNIVPM student number (in format S1234567 or P1234567) may fill in this form by clicking on "UNIVPM - LDAP" and login with the UNIVPM credentials.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:14px">Accepted applicants with a UNIVPM usename in format <strong>n.surname </strong>may fill this form by clicking on "Nessuna validazione" and "Accedi".</span></p>
